A cross-brand collaboration marking the first launch of OSAMU GOODS in Thailand. The project was initiated based on market, brand-fit, and consumer behavior analysis, which led to the proposal of a collaboration between a Thai fashion brand and a Japanese character brand. The initiative involved close collaboration with an international licensing partner, Sony Music, to ensure alignment with global brand standards
Project Role & Responsibilities
  • Initiated a cross-brand collaboration project by analyzing market fit and consumer demand, resulting in approval from an international licensing partner (Sony Music).
  • Gathered and clarified business requirements from clients and stakeholders, translating expectations into actionable workflows aligned across design, marketing, and production teams.
  • Analyzed customer behavior and engagement data to recommend a two-drop release strategy, leading to sustained engagement and a sell-out shortly after launch.
  • Translated business objectives into structured project flows and key milestones to ensure the launch was delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinated with internal teams and external licensing partners to align requirements, approvals, and timelines, resulting in smooth project execution with no launch delays.
  • Monitored launch performance metrics including reach and engagement, achieving exposure to tens of thousands of users during the launch period.
